uNick Academy, Milena Rudd, NIP: to be provided, hello@unick-academy.pl. The data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR/RODO) is Milena Rudd conducting business as uNick Academy.
What data we collect
When you use our forms or create an account, we may collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), information about the audience type (child, teen, adult, company), messages you send us, account login credentials (email and password, stored securely via Supabase Auth).
Why we collect your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes: responding to your contact and consultation requests (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps), managing your account and providing our educational services (Art. 6(1)(b)), processing payments via Stripe (Art. 6(1)(b)), sending marketing communications if you have given consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), improving our services and website (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
Who has access to your data
We may share your data with: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI service provider for the uNickorn tutor — conversation data is processed to provide the AI service). All processors operate under appropriate data processing agreements in compliance with GDPR.
How long we keep your data
Contact and consultation form submissions: 2 years from submission. Account data: for the duration of the account plus 5 years (tax obligations). Payment data: as required by Polish tax law (5 years). Marketing consent records: until withdrawal of consent.
Your rights
Under GDPR/RODO, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify (correct) your data, erase your data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). Complaints
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

We use essential cookies required for the website to function (session management, language preference). Analytics cookies are only set with your consent. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
AI Service (uNickorn)
The uNickorn tutor is powered by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). Your conversations are processed by the AI service provider to generate responses. Conversations are not used to train AI models. The AI tutor provides educational support and does not replace qualified language instruction.
